Countries in Africa, with 14% of the world population, contribute a mere 3% of the greenhouse gasses contributing to climate change, yet suffer the consequences of countries with much smaller percentages of world population producing up 25% of the CO2 and other greenhouse gasses burned into the atmosphere.
