Al Gore: The Audacity of Optimism and Defining a Generation’s Challenge

Al Gore deputed his new slide show at the TED Conference in Monterey California.
Gore calls for a “generational mission” inspired by the “globally strategic” nature of the climate crises and the urgency of an effective response.
It’s not always easy to find a reason for optimism, but Gore gives it a good try. Better than most.

While you’re reaching for your wallet, you might want to fill up your tank as well.
It’s too bad you feel you need to characterize this as “snake oil”, but don’t you think there’s a cost of business as usual? (a much higher cost…)
