News Break: Oil Reaches Record Level Over $120 a Barrel - Closes at Record High

Oil rose on intra-day trading to $120.36 a barrel on Monday, climbing 3.1% to close at the record level of $119.97 a barrel.

Is an aggressive plan to develop alternative sources of energy really that expensive now?
